SOAR -  7th graders, please finishing filling in positive, encouraging words about your fellow classmates to be used for SOAR awards this year.  Due Friday, in Google Classroom, 7th Grade Home Room.

Christian Studies: Chapel today.  Memory test on Friday.

 Math 3: We went over the homework last night and talked about ways to show their work that will help them to avoid/find errors.  No new homework tonight, but many students need to make corrections to work they received back and resubmit for partial credit. 

 Science: We finished the set of notes we were working on.  Have your student show you their fold-out list of catastrophic events!

• HW tonight: Read "Views from Space" pgs 8-11.  Answer the question on Google Classroom.

• Bring in 2 liter bottles with screw top lids.  They need to be washed out with labels removed.  We will need 12 total.  We have 8 (Thank you!!!) and only need 4 more!

Upcoming Events:

• Ice Cream Social Thursday, Sept. 14th 6-7:00pm You can come visit your child’s classrooms and see what they have been doing and talk with the teachers. At 6:30pm, head out to the playground and enjoy a bowl of ice cream served up by members of our School Board. We hope to see you there!
• MAP Testing - 7th grade will do their tests next week on Wednesday, 9/20 and Friday, 9/21.  Please help you student to make sure to get plenty of rest the night before and eat a well balanced breakfast the day of the testing to help them perform at their best.  Thank you!
