Christian Studies:  Memory test Friday.  Chapel today.

Science: We began our unit on Volcanoes today!  This will be a short unit with the quiz the week of LEST.  We started watching the video "In the Path of the Killer Volcano," and started answering #1, A-D on pg.203 in their notebooks. If your student was out sick today, you can find the video (by Nova) at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kPFgfmwDUKg&t=2449s and watch the first 27 minutes for them to catch up. Note: there are a few instances of questionable language use from the scientists' journals that reflected the stress they were under trying to predict a potentially devastating catastrophic event.
