Christian Studies: 6th grade had their memory test today.

 Algebra: RTGO pg. 39, all.  Quiz on Monday.

 6th Science: 

1. Read and highlight pgs. 10-11.
2. Answer the questions on the Visual Summary on page 12
3. Quiz Corrections: On a separate piece of paper, write your correction.  For multiple choice, write the question, answer, and what page # and paragraph you found it on in your textbook.  For any points in cell theory, write all 3 parts of cell theory. 

 7th Science: Due Monday (from Tuesday)

• Read, highlight, and answer questions on pages 10-11
• Fill in the notes page "Discovery of Cells" in your notebook
• pg. 5 #4, on the "my notes" page of your textbook (after the review), draw and label pictures of prokaryotes and eukaryotes with your vocabulary words

 8th Science: Read, highlight, and answer questions on pages 14-15.  Yes, the math ones too, but you may use a calculator!

 Homeroom: Update your planner every day!  6th: make sure you did the weekly check-in on Google Classroom and completed your 10 minutes of typing club.

Christian Studies: For 6th grade, memory test Friday.

 Algebra: 1-5 #2-22 all, 51, 66-71 all.  There will be a mid-chapter quiz on Monday, and some work time tomorrow to ask questions on 1-5 as there wasn't work time in class today.

 6th Science: 

• If not completed in class, finish the Discovery of Cells Timeline in your notebook
• Complete the top portion of the Discovery of Cells notes in your notebook 
• Quiz tomorrow: know the cell theory, different kind of microscopes (see the notes in your notebook), and the scientist on your timeline that we have talked about with the reading in your textbook (you don't need to know all of them at this time)

 8th Science: In class today we did a lab on mass and weight.  Come to class with the graph completed and you will have time to discuss the final question with your group.  You will turn in your lab and graph tomorrow, and I will be checking Tuesday's homework.

 7th Science: In class, we started in our new textbooks with pg. 5.  HW: Read, highlight, and answers questions on pgs. 6-9.

 8th Science: In class today, we finished up the lab stations on the scientific method from last week, and started in our new books.  HW: pg. 5

 6 Math: Students reviewed place value and multiplication with an in class activity.  No homework today.

 6th and 7th Science: We finished our Box Hypothesis observation lab.  We did an "oreo" observation lab today.  Ask your student what their recommendation was!

7th History: Student continued to learn about text structures in non-fiction, focusing on compare and contrast.
